My beautiful, intelligent, talented Christian daughter! OK,ok...I know-I'm biased!
The concert was wonderful! It was a rainy, gloomy day but at one point during the concert the sun came out and shone thru the stained glass windows above the choir and you could just feel the presence of God!
And even more blessings from Him, I made it thru the day with just a few meds! We also got to meet Amanda's new boyfriend; he seems very nice. We knew that he was in the choir, but not how he looked, so we entertained ourselves trying to guess which one he was and didn't find out until they announced the Seniors. He had another function to attend after the concert, so we didn't get to grill him over pie at Village Inn but he DID make a good first impression.
Well, I am pretty wiped out today, so this might be it. Just wanted you to know how thankful I am for my family, and for getting to spend some relatively pain free time with them :)
