not around a lot

I haven't been around a lot, but there's not much I want to talk about right now.  I'm sick of talking about my damn, misery-making migraines, and I'm really sick of talking about trying to conceive.  It's beyond the point of "next step" and is edging into the land of "been here too long."  On a happy note, we are going on vacation.  Hopefully we won't kill each other in the car.

Maybe you've received such an advice but when I was trying to conceive they made me all kinds of tests-blood samples,EKG,stress tests and many others to see whether everything was fine with me.Another thing is that in many cases the problem is in men not in women.
